Glossary: General

Categories:  Categories store items such as images, files, pages in the respective sections.  Categories can have sub categories and are very similar to folders that you might find in explorer in windows.

Infobar: The infobar is the silver bar that goes accross the bottom of your website builder (not to be confused with your browser status bar at the very bottom of the window).

Infotip: Useful tips, error/success messages and information which are shown on the Infobar.

Items:  Items contain information and settings about a particlar object.  For example an Image Item will contain an image, its name and various other settings, wheras a page item will contain the page name, rich text and many other settings.  Items can either live in Categories, or by themselves in some areas such as Template Items or Product Classes.

 

Module: A module is made up of various sections.

Sections: Sections are different areas of the website builder such as the Image Library or File Library.

Site: A site is a location that the website builder manages, this can be a domain, subdomain or even a folder.  In most cases it is the domain of your website.
