Whats new in 1.02 (Lite & Premium Versions)

  • Changed the way pages load, please report any instances where the cms does not load.
  • Changed the way the menu on the website is generated from the database, all pages should now load much quicker.
  • Images will now float correctly
  • Floating images now have 8px padding on the floating edges so that the text doesnt go right up to the image.
  • The menu will now show menu items that are acutally external links (i.e not auto), keep in mind if you have a sub tree for a menu button which is an external link it will never be seen, since when the external link is pressed the page will change.
  • Updated the 'Rainbow' buttons to more relevant buttons. Remember all button can be hovered over too see what they do, a tootip will popup and an explanation in the status bar (the status bar is the gray bar at the bottom of your explorer window)
  • Added an "Information" icon on the top toolbar, this will bring you to the starting page of the CMS, with the version information and other news to be added later.
  • The menu layout has been modified to better suit the progressive order of building the website. Working from left to right are the basic steps towards building a site.
  • Changed the visited link so hovering should now work properly even after visited. Set the background or foreground color of the visited link to transparent so they inherit the setting from link and hover.
  • Increased the allowable size of files and images you may upload to the file library to 8mb.
  • Added the paragraph command to the rich text editor

Whats new in 1.02 (Premium Version Only)

  • You can now use special characters in product names (", - etc)
  • Product images will now goto the detailed productview when clicked the first time. If clicked within the detailed view it will show the image in the imageviewer

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where certain characters in the RTE were causing the pages not to load properly
  • Fixed a bug in the menu where having multiple of the same items would cause the page not to load
  • Fixed a problem where the subdomain (cms.) was being added to file links
  • Fixed an issue with meta tags causing loading to stop on certain versions on Internet Explorer, particularly 6.0.28xxx
  • Fixed a bug in the menu design which would not allow you to select the category tree top "page categories" which can contain items
